Noencity Records is a label out of Hongkong that I have adored since their release of one of my all time favourite EPs, Moe Moe, by Moe Shop back in Fall of 2018. bl00dwave's 2014 release N E W  V I S U A L S was my introduction to vaporwave and I have remained a fan of their music ever since.
